The company was formerly known as the pilot base of MCC Jingcheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. It was founded in 2006. In 2013, Hegang Group's Shigang Company and MCC Jingcheng Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. joined forces to jointly establish Shigang Jingcheng Equipment Technology Co., Ltd.

The company has sintering machines, blast furnaces, converters, LF refining furnaces, duplex VD furnaces, VC vacuum casting chambers, multiple sets of electric slag, four machine four flow square and round continuous casting machines, large bar rolling machines, gantry style magnetic leakage+ultrasonic bar non-destructive testing joint flaw detection machines, multiple shaped pits, 20MN and 80MN fast forging hydraulic presses, more than 40 sets of various heat treatment equipment, and more than 50 sets of mechanical processing equipment including various large CNC machining equipment. It leads the production of large-sized continuous casting round billets, rolled materials, forgings, large casting forgings, welded structural components, and complete sets of equipment, which can be used in wind power, thermal power, petroleum, machinery, ships, automobiles, nuclear power, chemical and other fields.
